Your information - candidates
All information provided to F S People by candidates is treated in the
strictest confidence. No information is passed on from our company, to a
potential employer without the direct permission of the candidate. We may
ask you some detailed questions on your current or past employment and this
may form part of the information used by an employer during your application
for any position. Many employers will have a set of questions that we are
required to ask you as part of our contract with them and that are a vital
part of their own recruitment process. If this information is given it will
not be used as part of any other application without the candidates express
permission.
It is our company policy that no CV or personal details are forwarded to any
of our clients without the direct permission of the candidate.
Your information - clients
It is an essential part of the recruitment process that we understand the
position on offer and the exact nature of the financial implications to any
successful candidate. This requires that we have as much relevant
information about the role and the company offering that role. Any
information given to us about a position will be passed onto potential
candidates and may from time to time be used within trade advertising.
You will not receive details on any candidate that has not been made aware
of exact nature and details of the relevant position on offer.
