IAN

Ian Tomei leads a highly successful team of recruitment consultants with his unique style and professionalism, whilst making sure the office is a lively environment to work in. This is reflected in the style of all consultants who have developed a reputation with clients as fun yet professional and dedicated to providing a high quality service. Having been in financial services since 1992 and the recruitment business since 1996, he has developed an excellent reputation for the company gaining invaluable support and recommendations.


PAULA

With her outgoing personality, Paula Fisher joined the team in 1999. Her unique style has brought her great success since becoming part of F S People. Paula's understanding of financial services recruitment has been instrumental in earning her respect and great popularity amongst clients and candidates alike. With a background including travelling and working around the world, as well as being a croupier in some of Europe 's more glamorous locations, Paula has brought with her a great sense of humour, which reflects the way she enjoys her work.


SUE

Sue is one of the founder members of FS People and has worked alongside Ian since 1998. As well as her broad knowledge of financial services recruitment, Sue's strength is her attention to detail and the effort put into finding out all she can about candidates and clients. She endeavours to do her very best for her people and is always willing to help. Sue returned to the UK in 1996 following many years in South Africa where she ran her own estate agency.


MARIA

Maria, our resident songbird, joined F S People in May 2004 from a career within a life company. She has taken to the position like a duck to water and has already shown success in placing good quality financial & mortgage advisers within major players in the industry. Maria rebelled from authority whilst at the Brownies and went on to become one of the first girl scouts in Essex . In addition, she has also ab-sailed down a very small mountain and met the Queen. With her fresh and confident approach to clients and candidates, she is proving to be a valued member of the team, despite her constant outbursts of song disrupting the dynamics and Feng Shui of the office. Maria arrived by mistake at F S People thinking she was auditioning next door for Pop Idol but hasn't looked back since. A very popular member of the team!
